- Worldwide shipping is available.
- When you’ve successfully placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your product(s) have been shipped, you will receive another email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number.
- Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number within this time, reach out to us via the Contact Us page, and we’ll help you. Also, check on the product page if the item you ordered is listed as a pre-order.
- We have two shipping options to choose from at checkout: express delivery and standard delivery.
- Free shipping on all orders from $250.
- Hors Normes is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. In case you’ve filled out the wrong address, reach out to us within 24 hours after placing your order so that we can update it. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order at no charge.
- If you choose to change your address once the package is on the way, you will be charged $15 or more depending on how heavy the package is.
