• We want you to have the best shopping experience from Hors Normes. If for any reason you want to edit or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once your product has been processed or shipped, it is no longer possible to exchange or cancel your order.
  • If you wish to exchange your product after receiving it for another item or a different size, you can do so as long as the item is in stock. We will usually ship the exchange within 3 working days after receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
  • Customers can apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving their product. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, with tags still on, and undamaged. Items must be shipped back within 7 days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees.
  • We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up on time or for any other reason, there will be a $50 or more restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled, as the item you purchased is being produced specifically for you.
