Refund Policy
We want you to have the best shopping experience with Hors Normes. If, for any reason, you want to edit or cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately after placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it is not possible to cancel or exchange the product.
If you wish to exchange your product after receiving it for a different item or size, this is possible as long as the item is in stock. We will ship the replacement within 3 working days of receiving the returned product. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Customers may apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving their product, provided the product is in its original condition—unworn, with tags attached, and undamaged. No refunds will be issued if the product is used or damaged. The item must be shipped back within 7 days. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up or due to any other reason, there will be a $30 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
We do not issue refunds for orders that do not arrive due to customer errors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
Pre-order items cannot be canceled as they are produced specifically for you.
